Maintenance always on top of everything

I wanted to shout out the maintenance team for always staying on top of any requests ive made

My wife Ana and I have been here at Arise for almost two (2) years. The location of the complex is close to both of our work ... locations. We have been lucky because the neighbors we live around keep the noise down to a respectable level. There are times the music gets loud, but music wouldn't be music if you couldn't turn it up and feel the beat. The maintenance man Herman is the best. Herman is a man of his word. My shower is hot and has a steady flow like it did when we first moved to Arise. Last November through December, we had a weak water flow coming from the shower and the water wasn't hot at all. The boiler had issues last year, but the problem was later resolved. The minor repair request I have submitted have been resolved by Herman in a very timely manner. Herman does his job, and he takes pride in his work. When a maintenance man uses his own tools to resolve a matter that shows integrity and professionalism beyond words. The staff has always been great. Dario was excellent and I hate to see him go. The new staff member, female at the front desk, is always pleasant an attentive to my concerns whenever I come to the office to inquire about something. At the time of my review, I did not have her name. Sorry. Unfortunately, there are things the owner/management have no control over. The issue of discourteous dog owners not picking up after their dogs is not as bad as it used to be. Apparently now you have a male staff member (I don't know his name) picking up the discarded feces on a daily basis. I commend this person for doing such a dirty and unpleasant job. Especially when the staff member does not own the dog that made the mess in the first place. The gentleman's daily duties should not consist of picking up dog feces for lazy/nasty/inconsiderate dog owners living in the complex. This year, I'm going to install cameras so I can bust these lazy dog owners so they can get fined. Thank you staff for all you do to make Arise a great place to live. Fantastic Experience Overall
